Java Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer at Smartwork Ideas Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java-based applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the business needs of various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for real-time use.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Integrate third-party APIs and work with cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Java applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with JPA, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and build tools like Maven.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
